Our Mission & Purpose
The Consumer Grassroots Association (CGA Kenya) is a leading national consumer advocacy organization representing the interests of consumers, smallholder farmers, and marginalized communities. Our work focuses heavily on food security, quality, safety, and sustainable agricultural systems.
This **Stakeholder Mapping Platform** was conceptualized following extensive diagnostic interviews with actors in the food sector. Stakeholders highlighted a severe **coordination deficit** — organizations frequently duplicate projects, lack visibility on peer capabilities, and struggle to access critical regulatory policy intelligence. This living database provides self-managed profiles, partnership matchmakers, publications repositories, and county-level timelines to coordinate advocacy wins.
